I joined Turner&Townsend (T&T) as they were expanding their suite of enterprise products to make the work of cost and project managers more efficient. The domain is highly complex and multi-faced with big data models to make sense of.
I worked closely with product teams and developers in an agile environment, starting from the discovery and concept creation to defining final layouts and high-fidelity prototypes.
My main focus was to ensure that complex data could find its way into intuitive experiences and digestible interfaces. I also helped maintain and expand global and product-specific design systems.
As a result of these efforts, the suite of product improved significantly, boosting overall efficiency and contributing to the company's remarkable revenue growth.

I joined MyAhmed just when they had launched their promising MVP to the public. The product was in its infancy.
The team needed direction, and they needed fast executions to keep up with the busy product roadmap.
I have helped define new features, designed solutions from wireframes to high fidelity prototypes, established practices such as discovery with customer feedback, user testing and involved the dev team early on in the design process.
I have also guided our growing team of product designers establishing common design processes and developed a more structured design system.

DViZ had a good idea about how data could help other businesses. They early on put together a team of programmers to develop the backend capabilities of the system, but they didn't figure out how the experience would look and feel to the end user.
I mapped out the functionalities that the team was building and guided the owners through experience mapping and information architecture workshops, testing with them early designs concepts.
Once the concepts had been vouched by their early adopters, I developed the design further from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and design system.
The MVP has helped DViZ to take off and found their first customers.

In a RIBA speculative project, a group of architects, designers, and urbanists teamed up to help households recycle more plastic.
The team was highly creative but needed guidance and experience on designing a mobile product from scratch.
Through facilitating workshops and user research, I collided all the best ideas together which I then brought to life in high-fidelity prototypes.
The final design gained attention from local media and traction among the impact-led movement.

My job as an urban designer was to help clients in the mobility, urban and environmental planning spaces to develop placemaking and wayfinding design strategies.
I did this by communicating with them through visuals, technical documents, illustrations and maps.
This included creating an overall layout of the site/space as well as providing a detailed description of what would happen in each area, how people move around the space and what they would experience along the way.
Our effort helped improve the quality of life for citizens by creating a more connected and walkable community through public space improvements.
